About Sophie

Sophie is a Canadian author who discovered her love for writing when she was only a teenager. The idea of completing a book didn't seem realistic at the time. But the need to create a story that would make people feel something, care for words on a piece of paper, became incessant over the years.

As a planner, she spends a lot of time planning her book in detail, connecting all the little dots to create the most insane plot twists or emotional damage for her readers.

She is also the author of Between Us and Death, the first book in The Song of the Dead Series.

When she's not writing or planning her next books, she can be found cuddling with her two dogs and her partner, living the love story she's always dreamed of.

What is Sophie up to?

The first draft of the second book in The Song Of The Dead series is now completed. Over the next few months, I will work on the development edit so the book can be in readers' hands by 2026.
